Concordia Lutheran and Rosehill Christian combined for two first-team TAPPS All-State selections and nine spots overall after successful seasons that both included district titles.

Concordia placed four on the TAPPS Division II All-State team, led by first-team running back Chance Gray. The junior rushed for 1,777 yards and scored 25 touchdowns in 2010, also earning him the Division II, District 4 MVP.

Senior offensive lineman Jordan Miller (93 percent blocking, 43 pancakes) and senior defensive lineman Ryan Bell (90 tackles, four sacks) were second-team All-State selections, while senior tight end Christian Wilke (354 receiving yards, six TD) was an honorable mention.
The Crusaders finished 9-4, won the Division II, District 4 title with a 6-1 record and repeated as regional finalists.

Rosehill was represented on the TAPPS Six-Man Division I All-State first team by senior tight end Shane Mylius, who also made the second team at safety. Mylius, who shared time at quarterback, led the Eagles with 88 tackles, four interceptions and 433 receiving yards to go with 14 touchdowns.
The Eagles gained All-State honorable mentions in senior center Ryan Danielson (90 percent blocking, 241 receiving yards, 36 tackles), junior kicker Trey Frederick (34 PAT) and junior linebacker Ian Ramirez (77 tackles, five sacks, nine TD). Rosehill finished 6-5 and repeated as Division I, District 5 champions.
Concordia and Rosehill dominated their respective all-district teams, with the Crusaders claiming 11 spots and the Eagles 20.

Gray, Miller and Wilke made the first-team All-District offense, with Bell and junior defensive back Jake Bahr (112 tackles, five interceptions) on the defense.

Junior offensive lineman Chase Carpenter, junior running back Eddie Brucculeri, junior defensive lineman Chris Syzdek, sophomore defensive lineman Adam Oller, junior linebacker Cody Huffmeister and junior linebacker Seth Little earned second-team honors.

Bahr (at receiver), Nathan Potter, Matt Nevins, Bell (at offensive lineman), Tyler Brandenburg, Joe Davis, Dylan Cress, Gray (at defensive back), Josh Rodriguez and Mark Schroeder were honorable mentions.
